Refund policy

We strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:

  1. Order Cancellation
    • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting us at hello@kavachcare.in
    • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    • Refunds are only applicable if:
      • The product is damaged in transit
      • The wrong item was delivered
      • The item is defective upon delivery
  3. Refund Process
    • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
    • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  4. No Refunds or Returns
    • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used products or opened packaging cannot be returned or refunded.
